Just a bit more about me

My name is Erak Simsson, I'm a lifelong tennis fan who got inspired to play when I first saw Jimmy Connors playing at Wimbledon. That's me queuing for a ticket at Wimbledon 05:00 COMMITTED or MAD!

When I'm not working with clients, watching or playing tennis, I like to catch the odd episode of the 1970s TV detective Columbo. Have you heard of him?

And I live in a small town called Amesbury, just a few minutes away from the famous Stonehenge site. 

My approach to weight loss is to keep it simple, structured, and supportive whilst having as much fun on the journey as possible. 

Being a former serviceman I know how challenging things can become as I'm sure you do in normal day-to-day life but with the right attitude most things can be overcome.
